The emblematic Carlton de Cannes, frequented by film stars, designers, diplomats and presidents, has reopened its doors to write a new chapter in its century-old history. The Belle Epoque façade, the epitome of Cannes elegance, framed by its mythical domes, was restored in twenty-four months, giving a new lease of life to this masterpiece of the French hotel industry, a blend of tradition and modernity. Nearly 400 million euros were invested. A behind-thescenes look at one of the world’s best known hotels and its staff.
