Francis Aupiais, an Ethnologist Missionary
Father Aupiais was one of the first priests to be interested in African art and culture. Through exhibitions, conferences, writings and especially on the initiative of the first ethnological film on Black Africa, he is one of the pioneers of ecumenism.
