The Amazon is the river of all superlatives: the longest, the most powerful, the most untamable. Its waters cross the largest tropical forest in the world: the Amazon. Against this gigantism, this documentary takes the challenge of approaching this extraordinary natural space through one of its smallest productions: the cocoa bean. Scientists, chocolate makers, farmers, many are those who, faced with the deforestation of this ecosystem, use this chocolate seed to recreate, on a small scale, human exploitations in agreement with nature.
