Aids positive women who desire a child : that is the theme of this film that treats the difficulties and the hopes of these women who, despite Aids, have decided to bear a child. Each year hundreds of Aids positive women choose to give birth. In the specialized care unit at Port Royal Hospital in Paris several women express their hopes and anguish concerning the possible Aids virus foetal infection, the fact they must contemplate their own early death but above all their indubitable choice for life in the face of death.
