In the port of Brest, in Brittany, a gigantic construction site is underway. A vast wasteland is being developed to build a terminal for marine renewable energy. Thanks to this infrastructure, Brittany wants to create a new industrial sector and act for the energy transition.
Will off-shore wind turbines and tidal turbines soon be turning off the coast of Brittany? This documentary tells the story of this political and industrial gamble, the adventures and misadventures that mark it out, the hopes it raises and the obstacles it encounters.
